We think ePAL is such a perfect fit for eCommerce merchants that we will pay you to try it.
What is the ePAL 'early access' program?
The ePAL 'early access' program is an invite-only pre-launch period during which ePAL will invite pre-qualified eCommerce merchants to take advantage of the ePAL Global product & service
Because ePAL Global has developed a sophisticated orchestration layer that provides eCommerce Merchants with a simple, one-click mechanism that calculates all cross-border taxes, duties & even restrictions on products (meaning no Customs-imposed surprises for your Customers at delivery time), we want to take a hands-on approach to assisting a small number of selected Merchants to implement and configure ePAL needs so you can help us learn.
We expect to learn a lot from helping, talking to and closely watching a small number of Merchants. Because this will require a lot of time (from us, not you!), we are inviting only those Merchants who meet the 'ideal' characteristics that we think will best represent the target market.
We hope to gather feedback during the 'early access' period that will help us tweak the product & service to best suit the needs of future Clients (like you).
This also means that you can influence the product and point out other features that you need, which might influence what we include in the 'general release'
ePAL is designed, initially, for eCommerce Merchants selling into the EU, or who want to sell into the EU. We initially created a plug-and-play WooCommerce plugin for those Merchants who sell on WooCommerce and a direct-connection API for those Merchants who sell from their own website and can integrate via API (with hands-on help from the ePAL product development team).
Since the value proposition of ePAL is that it facilitates easy compliance with EU tax & customs regulations for eCommerce sales (either into the EU from outside, or from one EU country to another), the 'early access' program is specifically targeted to those Merchants who are already selling to EU consumers and struggling with issues like tax calculation, customs duties calculations, checking if goods are restricted or must be transported in a specific manner - or any of the myriad other EU compliance regulations.
Alternatively, if you are a Merchant who does not yet sell into the EU (perhaps because of the compliance nightmare) and wants to take this 'early access' opportunity to target expansion into EU sales during Q4, 2025, we also want to hear from you - but only if you are prepared to carry out a deliberate campaign to target EU consumers (ePAL will learn nothing if you don't!)

In short, your first €10,000 worth of cross-border transactions fee-free.
The longer version: ePAL only gets 'involved' for cross-border transactions (we don't even want to know about your domestic transactions). For each cross-border transaction, ePAL:
- calculates taxes & duties individually for every product
- provides integrated Shipping options
- calculates tax on shipping correctly, reducing unnecessary taxes you would otherwise pass on to your Customer
- checks for Sanctions & Restrictions and
- validates if the consignment is eligible for streamlined IOSS treatment
ePAL's normal transaction fee for this would be 1.5% of the basket value (but, again, only for cross-border transactions where it's needed).
However, for lucky 'early access' Merchants, ePAL will waive those fees for your first €10,000 worth of cross-border transactions
Nothing.
That's right: nothing. No catches, no commitments, no signups. We don't even ask for a credit card 'for authentication' during your 'early access' period (if you're lucky enough to be invited!)
That depends on what you might call a 'catch'.
There are no commmitments or payments required. If you find the ePAL isn't what you need, just stop using it. If you've installed it as a WooCommerce plugin, just deactivate and delete it. If you've connected via direct API, just disconnect it & delete the API credentials. You don't need to provide any excuse or explanation (although we will ask, nicely, just because we want to know)
But those are not really what might call a 'catch'. Maybe the only 'catch' is that the products isn't as fully-featured as it will be later (as mentioned, we want feedback from the 'early access' program to round out the feature offering).
